Local area: Nice park nearby, nice area, very nice houses around. Right off the lake. Five minutes from mall and shopping centers. VERNON HILLS area.

just talked to them!! they have a deal going till the end of March...
$900 2bed/1bath - $750 for 12months
$965 2bed/1.5bath - $805 12months
$980 2bed/1.5bath - $898 12months
GREAT DEAL BUT ONLY FOR THIS MONTH!!
it was take 2 free months rent (for the top 2 and only 1 for the bottom one) or take it out of the average for the year and deduct it... (I did the year calculation)
